Untrue bill (cyberstalking) for i129f?

Yeah I think at this point it is safe to say that the OP does have a criminal record that he HEAVILY disputes, and that he doesn't seem to understand that even if he lies and doesn't check the "Yes" to the arrests box, that they are still going to run a background check on him and find it. If they find it, what ever they find isn't something that can be argued with. Feelings don't matter, "facts" don't matter, what ever is written that USCIS finds, is what matters.

I can just imagine the consulate ask her do you realize what an irrational man you are about to marry he is. Sorry for her

That would be crazy if this whole thread showed up at her interview

I doubt (hope not?) it will ever get to interview stage. I am curious now what happened to his military service.

OP, check out John & Rose's story, if you want a recent example of the impact of not disclosing an arrest on the I-129F.  It was discovered after his fiancee's visa interview, in administrative processing, which is when the deeper background check on the petitioner is done, usually not at the USCIS stage.  His fiancee was denied the visa on the grounds that the arrest was not disclosed, not on the seriousness of it (the arrest had been dismissed and expunged) so they got married and he filed an I-130, I think they are waiting for their interview.

I have some empathy for you OP, having to disclose every little detail about our lives, and falsely made arrests like yours, is not fun.  It feels like discrimination, a violation of our rights as US citizens.  Our privacy is violated in a sense.  It brings back all the anger and bad feelings from when the false claims were made years ago...  But remember, you don't have to go through it if you don't want to.  You don't have to file a petition.  You can go and live with your fiancee in her country. Or keep up a long distance relationship indefinitely, or break up and find someone in the US to fall in love with.  This is a voluntary process.  You either choose to go through it, with all its frustrations, complexity, expense, and ridiculous waiting times, or you don't.  The decision is yours.  But I get why you're venting here.  And trying to fight the US government over this is wasted energy IMO.  Focus on your love for your fiancee and doing everything possible, even painful, difficult things, to be together, and it will happen sooner.  I wish you all the best.

This was the most unreal thread I've ever read here..

I do get the logic.. But I lost it after the 15th "untrue bill"

I suspect it's troll season on VJ.

This happened a couple of days ago:  I suspect it originated from the same person.  Even the argumentative style is similar.

Doesn't sound like you're here looking for answers, just venting or arguing.

You've already received sound advice over and over.

Good luck with your False Willy story.
