See now people are calling me a troll.  For point out the facts about what the system is forcing me to do. Using untrue information against me. Then Using it on my wifey. I have to put it in the packet. Then they'll tell my wifey.. why cause all the problems for me? I did nothing wrong and I'm going to get harrassed for it. It's like I'm guilty. I'm not and don't deserve to be treated in that way at all. They are spreading false conclusions..

I'm 100% correct. They can't use it against me. If they tell my wifey. That's harassment. I can sue for alot of damages..The arrest its self Is based off false information. Can't be used at all against me..

Did you sue the accuser for libel, or slander, then?

Why are you posting your picture why trying to hide an arrest based on false information? Is cyberharassment the "false information", or is it something worst? So much mystery.

Totally illogical!!!!   Totally......If there is trust in your relationship, this the whole matter won't cause any problem.

It's illegal to use untrue bill again me for evaluations. What do you not understand? Has nothing to do with her knowing.  She already knows. Why are you guys going off topic. If you dont know about untrue Bill's then say so..

It is not a psychiatric evaluation, it's a form.

Why force the untrue information onto my family? Why force the arrest information? Why force the false information onto my life? Why does this information have to keep causing my life issues.

In what way is it forced? Who sees the petition? You, the adjudicator and the embassy. They are not going to call your mother and say “guess what we have just discovered about your son”. Your fiancé (I’d refrain from calling her “wifey” - however cute you think it is - if you are doing a fiancé visa unless you really do want to be denied) already knows. That’s all that matters.

Calm down. Not every question asked is for the purpose of denial. You will both be asked many questions during this process which appear, to you,  to have no relevance. In my spousal visa interview I was asked how long my father worked overseas. For what purpose? Who knows.

Many of the questions relating to criminal activity are asked to test your truthfulness and integrity. They don’t need to ask you anything, they can search any records they want (and they do). They want to make sure the answer you provide to the question matches what the records hold. Such questions are also asked to eliminate the possibility of identity mix-ups where the petitioner has the same name as someone on the watch list, for example.

If you're that upset about it, get married and apply for a spousal visa. You don’t need to declare your arrests on the I-130. Although the way you are getting so hot and bothered about it looks suspicious. Ever heard the phrase “the lady doth protest too much, methinks”? If you’ve done nothing wrong, there’s nothing to worry about.

You have to declare arrests on the I-130. Unless it's changed since I petitioned for my husband in 2011.
