More gimmicks to try to make me release information that false represents my case. It's not to identify me.

Listing a false arrest does nothing to "false represent" your case........We have given you the answer...You must list all arrests......

Do you guys understand. They can't use a untrue bill. So can't ask for all arrest records.. its illegal. That statement alone make it void. I'm sure they have a gimmick where they'll say it didn't say to provide it.. they did. They are forcing me to provide information that falsely represents my case.

Tell it to these people

Other examples are a legion.

I say since you won't believe any of us here, go ahead and send it in a d see what they do. You will only be out 500+ dollars and months of your time. Or you could listen to everyone and not get an I told you so. It's really not hard but the hardheadedness is going to cause you issues

They do this and a background check on you to protect your fiance. They don't care if you're a USC, if you want to bring someone into the country you follow their rules or you don't bring anyone in. It's not a hard concept.

You may also be surprised to hear that sometimes fiances find out about their partners arrests for the first time at their visa interview because the USC never told them.

He keeps saying untrue bill.

nothing comes back untrue bill. Either way though it depicts some sort of fraud. Ask us about it when those shots you did wear off

I know!!! This is the kind of thing that you need to know before marrying someone. There's nothing bad about having bogus charges dismissed. It's a nice "I fought the law and I won" story.

Definition is

False billing is a fraudulent act where a person demand or request funds from an individual or a firm. In this type of fraudulent act, the person making the demand makes the invoice without having any obligation to pay.

To not disclose this would be a super bright red flag. Anything that has fraud in it will. If you do not list it you may not get to explain, at least if you do you can explain circumstances. But you do as you please on this one.

No, he's saying "untrue bill." There is such a thing as a "true bill" (has to do with grand jury indictments) but untrue bill is definitely not a legal term I have ever come across (granted all my legal experience is in civil litigation, but I did take criminal law!). False billing is another beast altogether.

He already said it is one of his concerns, and I quote: "Why does my girl need to know? Why does it need to be in the packet? If its [sic] false (untrue bill) she doesn't need to know."

It is clear the OP's concerns are two: being discriminated by the USCIS and the girlfriend finding out about the charges -and of course, the negative effects it might have on the their relationship and immigration process-.

It all comes down to being both truthful and trustworthy.

It is so puzzling to me why someone who says they love another person so much that they would marry them would not want to make sure that they did everything they could to bring that other person over. To me, it's a sign of disrespect to promise you will bring them over here on a K1 but then not follow what are really clear rules.

I think a cyberstalking charge is something the fiance needs to know about. That's downright scary. Even if not true to hide it from her is even more scary
