Hey everyone just wanted to get some feedback on rapid visa. Has anyone used their services before? I had an awful experience on the phone with them yesterday and the lady on the phone was awfully rude. Before I handed over $3000 I needed to ask simple questions.

I asked her will a monthly plan delay my process or Is it the same as as paying upfront? Rudely she said “no effect” . I then asked does my fiancée have to attend my embassy interview?(finding this website, i now know the answer) she said “not necessary” however I couldn’t hear her properly so I asked her again and she she shouted “not necessary I already said”.

Oh wait it gets better. I thought okay I’m being nice hear and this little girl is just RUDE. I asked would my fiancée need to attend an interview in Colorado? She then said in a voice full of attitude “ what Colorado interview are you talking about?” I then heard her speaking in her native language to a colleague and she huffed and puffed.

So that was breaking point for me. I said to her I don’t understand why you’re giving me so much attitude? I need to ask these questions before handing over money. She said “but you’re asking questions for only paid customers” I then said to her, I was really close to becoming a paid customer but I’m not so sure now. I said you know what give me your name? (Losing my phone voice now) she said “No” loudly and laughed. I was furious and then wait for it she said “bad line mam”and hung up.

I made that call at 16.45 GMT.  So now After that experience I am feeling very confused as to weather I want to pay for their services. Any feedback about the company would be appreciated.

Have a look around here, no end of horror stories.

Thanks I will get onto it. Maybe it was blessing she was so rude.

As someone who has applied through a law firm (not rapid visa) I would NOT recommend going through a third party!! Save your money to visit your partner as you will have long waits and the money can be used on other more important things. VJ has a wealth of information and VERY knowledgeable people who can help you every step of the way. In my experience with the law firm we have used they just slow the process down and do not help. I have gotten more information and preparation through asking my questions here than with my lawyers.

I think that phone call was enough to make your decision. That is the service they give people whom they are trying to recruit as clients. Imagine how you’re treated after they’ve gotten your money. Unless you are illiterate (and don’t have someone who is) and can’t follow form directions, you don’t want to be bothered putting together the petition,  and your case isn’t overly complicated (felonies, multiple past immigrant petitions etc) you can do this without involving a third party. Good luck on your journey

you can do all of this yourself and will give it far more care and attention and save a LOT of money (and less likely to receive an RFE for anything if you are detailed oriented).

Very few cases require the need for a third party. No one will care more than you do. Read everything on here. Learn. ask questions (learn how to use the search function). All of the petitions I have filed I did myself, and not a single RFE or delay or issue. The forms are easy and the supporting documents you would have to provide to ANYONE acting as an agent, so its not like you are saving any time.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

ROC

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

I can't imagine using 3rd party for regular case. And if your case is very complicated then you would probably go with the law firm, not some dinky agency.

VJ is all you need :)
