POE was Chicago, ensure you fill in the landing card! spoke to one of the TSA agents upon arrival saying K1 visa, got sent to the otherside of the airport and luckily the queue was very short. There were 3 people infront of me but the TSA agent asked if i have filled out my landing card and i said yes. she put me to the front of the queue as the others had not. Then a plane must have just landed as it went from literally 4 people to 70! was through in about 30mins due to technical problems with the computer. But no questions asked and nothing out of the ordinary. |

Congrats! How did you find out the NVC received your petition?
Hey! happy new year, we called the NVC today and they said they had received the case but havent filed a number, it will be done in a few days time and sent to our embassy!
Awesome! Happy New Year! We're visiting in Northern Ireland for the new year, going to contact the NVC when I return. I'm sure they've received ours in the same package!
🤞🏿 hope so! the next NVC to embassy courier date is the 7th so i'm hoping they will speed through the process and get it out!
Have fun in NI
Called the NVC today, they've received ours on the 31st as well! Still no case number though...
hey! just got off the phone to the NVC and received our case number!! give them a call!!
Ahhh! Just got off the phone with ours! Thank you, thank you! Looks like we may be seeing each other at the embassy at this rate!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
