If you have your friend has evidence, he should submit it.  And then move on and live his best life.

He doesn't get to exact revenge on her for cheating by influencing her immigration status.  She's not a toy he can punish because she didn't behave in the way he wanted.

He should have taken more time to know the person

cheating happens even when 2 USC's marry/  it is not fraud

And BTW if a UCS learns he / she is being used for a green card the USC may have also committed fraud

so did the USC learn this before the visa?   or before the marriage?  or before the AOS?  Hard to prove the USC didn't know

this is a fine line / don't cross it

just let it go and move on

She has romantically and admitted that she loves the other guy. She admitted to her parents, relatives n friends that she is inlove w the other guy and the marriage from her husband was a planted long before they get married that the wife only wants to get a green card n as soon as she gets the gc she will move in w her other man.  Which she did move out n left her husband in surprised

This is ridiculous when you have honest individuals that's married and take their vows seriously are encountering issues because of dishonest people like this woman.  TOO MUCH DISHONESTY WITH SPONORSHIPS!!

This thread is about an immigrant’s alleged marriage fraud. Generalizing “immigrants” to marriage fraud is definitely a bias.

To the OP:

Your friend and his wife convinced USCIS and the embassy about their bonafide relationship with lots of evidences. Unless he has similar tangible evidences of marriage fraud, the best is simply divorce and move on. USCIS won’t listen to his one paragraph email or letter saying she is a fraud.

if he has proof for those, send them over to USCIS and ICE. And they should take care of her. Other than that divorce and move on. Karma's A B***h

I think you may have misunderstood what this thread is about. OP thought that cheating spouse equates to marriage fraud. Many posters have advised that cheating isn't marriage fraud. I do not think that the subject of this post being cheated on and divorcing is in any way affecting any of our immigration situations.
