How many visits has your fiance made to your country?

How much time have you actually spent together?

A marriage may or may not remedy the reason your K-1 was revoked.

 

The process starts with marriage.  The process usually takes 12-16 months.....plus any extended administrative processing (common for Pakistan)

Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t been able to respond until now - I’ve been working all day and just finally got some free time. 
 

So yea like my fiancé has been saying... we applied for a K1 visa, everything went smooth, the interview seemed to go great and we were excited to hear that he was approved; but then we went into AP, and still until this day were still under AP. I had to reach out to the embassy to find out that his petition had been revoked and sent back to UCSIS. He then had to go pick up his passport, and was solely given his passport with no slip or anything. We also haven’t been told as to why our petition was revoked. It’s been quite messy and frustrating. I’ve been told the US administration has a lot to do with it but I’m not sure what to think?
 

Anyway, we've been debating on whether to re apply for the K1 visa OR the CR1 visa.

As you see the K1 is not appealable.  At least in a CR1 you can be reconsidered.

 

You are going to need to contact the consulate or NVC if it has already been sent back to find out why.  You can also involve a member of congress but they wi;; get the same reason that you did.

 

There is nothing he can do.

@MachadoMercedess use this site to see if the petition approval had been revoked - https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do note it might be down at the moment. 
 

If it hasn’t then you can look up the visa status on the embassy website - sometimes you can glean some info from this but it might require you going through your congressperson. They will have a person who deals with all immigration related questions who will ask you to sign a waiver so they can ask questions on your behalf and get your details. Be prepared for this to get a very generic response but sometimes it can be of use.

Well Consulates fall under Administration and the Consulate was the one who sent the petition back.

I was going on the assumption that US administration was referring to trump administration making a restriction or intervening implying that the president was putting extra roadblocks or something - could be wrong though.

If the petition was sent back to USCIS to be revoked, it would only be because they believe it is invalid. This would be due to something like an undisclosed criminal offense, not being free to marry, not having a bona fide relationship, etc.  It does also cover if the petition expired, although it doesn’t just expire while in AP unless they were waiting on something.

 

First step is to find out why it was revoked. The consulate should provide a letter mentioning what section of the INA the visa was refused under.

 

Assuming the reason is not something like a national security threat, the next step would likely be to marry and start the Cr-1 process.
