No i haven't had any ceremony so far, but i can have the ceremony. I can make it happen if its important and necessary for the visa.

I asked the question because sometimes couples have traditional ceremonies which some Consulate Officers interpret as a wedding...thus making the couple "too married" for a K-1.........I guess that is not the case here.

Marriage just needs to be legal. Location does not matter, we have had members marry in the US and return.

what is the difference? we both want our lives to start together. Its going to be a legit marriage for us but how do i prove it to the embassy? or the CO? how do i make sure they know we are legit.

Just make sure it is legal in whatever jurisdiction you choose to marry in, I would not have thought it would be that hard to do.

Marriage certificate and time spent together.....to start with....then she starts the process with an I-130......Takes 12-16 months on average..but could take longer.

but should i apply for a CR-1 immediately?

You cannot apply until much later in the process.  She has to submit a petition after you are married.

I don't know why they revoked my Visa? upon continuously asking for a reason, the U.S Embassy told our lawyer in the USA that my visa was REVOKED.

@BoilerRevoked is an odd word here.    A Visa is either issued or refused.  A petition is either approved, denied or revoked.  A revoked petition would be for petition that was sent back from consulate.

OP: If you had a petition revoked it would be pointless to file another petition unless you know the circumstances as to why it was revoked or refused.

OP said everything was OK at the Consulate then went into AP and that is where everything went wrong. So I assume something arose during background checks.

In which case, marrying and filing for a spousal visa will not correct the issue.

exactly we need the us citizen to come here after rechecking the 129f petition through the uscis case status to see if it has been revoked. If so then there is a bigger issue as the only time I have seen petitions revoked is when they find out that the my weren’t eligible to file the 129f in the first place and therefore the approval was incorrectly granted.

But how do i find out if my petition was revoked or denied or was it the VISA? they never sent anything on the return of my passport.

Why is the USC petitioner not investigating this?

Your visa was not revoked, because it was never approved or issued.  That language sounds like the petition itself was revoked due to a subsequent finding of ineligibility for the K-1 visa, as @Illiria suggested.  If that is the case, it will be returned to USCIS in the United States, and it will expire.  You may or may not ever find out the reason.

No.  The USC petitioner is your fiancé.  Not your lawyer.
