USCIS is not going to have any sympathy for a husband who won’t leave his mamma’s house to live with his spouse.

Yes, she can do this if she wants to, the IR-1 visa is in her passport, not yours, it is hers to use to enter the US, plus a 10-year green card on arrival.  Neither CBP nor USCIS will call you or contact you about your wife's information or green card, in fact if you contact them about your wife's green card they will not speak to you about it.  I know this from first-hand experience when my husband entered the US on a CR-1 visa in August and I called in September to inquire about his green card and to make sure they had our correct address.  They would not speak to me, he had to speak to the officer to verify his identity then confirm his mailing address.  So your wife is now free to use her visa and get her green card and move on with her life separately from yours.  I suggest that for your own mental health, that you focus on a positive divorce process and do the same, move on.  Good luck!

Look man , if truly love your wife  then its not a good idea to seek guidance to cancel her  visa and if even  you do get a hold of embassy or cbp they are still not gonna get back to you on time especially embassy it takes them a while to respond or take any actions. 2nd if you inform cbp all they gonna do ask you questions about your arguments if there is no life threatening argues then they will wait till shes actually at the airport in usa and then they ll get her side of story  ... so my advice is if the fight is constant and you have enough evidences  of red flags you can mail them in to cbp otherwise prepare for marriage counseling asa she gets here . I went through similar situation. Every marriage has fights and arguments  but there is also a solution for everything ,  i hope you understand my point . Good luck

I'm her age and I can tell you straight to your face that there is NOTHING wrong with her for thinking you guys should have your own place that is not your parents house. 

You are 45, you want kids yet you act like a kid that just want everything your way and don't care about what she wants she should juts be happy to be with you because she is your wife. Like really? How about stepping out of your little world and see it from her point of view?

You may be injured and can't work in construction but I agree with her it does not seem like you are too sick to be on the computer so maybe you should see if you could find another career. You still have 20 years left working so plenty of time! 

 

Seems like you have just gotten to comfortably in your situation then actually trying to do something about your situation and try to save your marriage. It goes both ways not just want you think should be the right thing.

NEVER EVER assume that someone will "change their mind" about having children. Most people who make the choice not to have them are completely serious. It is sexist and demeaning to assume that she will just change her mind. Not everyone wants to have children, nor are they a requirement. All children should be loved and wanted, and if someone says they don't want them, there is no guarantee they will decide they love a child just because they give in and have one to please a partner. The very moment she said she didn't want children, you should have had a discussion with her about how serious she was. When she said she was serious, you never should have proposed, let alone gotten married! Marriages never end well when one wants children and the other one does not. You both should have been free to be with people who feel the same way as you do. But let's be honest....if she would be the main breadwinner living in a Cracker Jack box of a house, how is that a good formula for having children anyway? That expectation is a lot to put on someone, especially an immigrant.
