How to cancel wife's visa?

An immigrant visa, once issued, can’t just be revoked for no reason.

OP are you now willing to prove that your wife’s visa was procured by fraud or material omission and that after you submitted all that proof she is now inadmissible after you had an argument?

We were having arguments for a long time,  mostly because she doesn’t want to have children, I thought she would change her mind over time but I don't see this happening.

She is making much more money than me because she is a model and constantly telling me that I am not good enough and forcing me to get a new job, I have a back injury and used to work in construction but I don't work anymore, mostly rely on help from my parents, she doesn't believe me that I say I can't work and calls my lazy, she said that she doesn't want to be the only provider. she hates my house, she said she wants to move but I like this house. it's owned by my parents so I don't have to pay anything.  yes it is small but it's free, I don't want to get a 30 year mortgage at 45 just to make her happy. she is not happy with anything.

Our honeymoon was a disaster,  that's why it only lasted a week, we had a huge fight over these issues, I still wanted to work things out but I feel like she lost her interest.

Last argument was really bad, she kept saying that I am mamas boy and I feel like all she cares about is money. she said "I don't come for a third world country, I don't really need this, don't want to live in your crappy little place" she demanded that I rent a new place and rent this place out, this just makes no sense to me, she is rude and greedy. A wife should be by her husband no matter what but all she wants is comfortable life and Gucci bags, she has like 10 she keeps buying them, yes it's her money but she is my wife it makes her money my money and she doesn't ask me about these things, plus I am the one who is bringing her to this country and she is not grateful at all. Last night she said that my mom is stupid for giving me money, she said that at my age I should be helping my parents and not the other way around, what is wrong with helping your son? she doesn't respect me or my family. 

I don't want her here anymore and will be getting a divorce. I do feel like she is only using me to get a GC ( doesn't even want to open a joint bank account with me) and I will tell this to the USCIS. I don't want to see her face anymore.

Unfortunately your opportunity to address this has likely expired.  

Let me get this straight.   You want her to have children yet can’t work and support yourself, much less children so you want her to be the sole provider for those children, yet you want to dictate to her where and how she has to live.

She is supposed to be grateful to you why?    Is there any regard or consideration to her wishes here or is she expected to cater to your every want just because you “brought her to your parents small house in ‘Merica”?

If someone truly doesn't want children, they won't "change their mind" about it. If they are bullied and coerced into doing so, they will be miserable and resent having their life altered irrevocably against their deepest wishes.

 

If you want children and she does not, this is not a viable relationship. You need to accept each other's life decisions and move on. I'm not even going to get onto the subject of why you two got  married when you fundamentally disagreed on such an important topic.

I thought she was gonna change her mind, at some point she agreed to freeze her eggs just in case but then changed her mind and said she won't have fertility treatments in the future and said that she has no maternal instinct, I still thought she's gonna change her mind, what woman doesn't want to be a mother?

Because you have been married more than two years, if she enters/entered the US, then she will receive a permanent green card.

 

Try to notify the embassy and CBP, file for divorce, move on.  She seems to be able to sustain herself, so you wanting to prevent her from coming to the US sounds like a plot for revenge.  Stress and negative feelings will only hurt you.  Divorce and move on. Find someone who wants to have children, fall in love again, work towards your dream life.

I was on your side until I read this comment. You are quite right that there’s no need to get a 30-year mortgage at 45 if you live in a perfectly adequate place, etc. 

 

You are not doing her a favor by bringing her here. I do hate that arrogant attitude from the USCs who seem to think that we foreign spouses should be eternally grateful and indebted to you because you “rescued” us from our home lands and “gifted” us a better life. Ridiculous. She sounds like she is very self-sufficient with her own career. She owes you nothing. If this is a genuine marriage then bringing her here is just as much for your benefit as it is hers. 

 

Its almost as bad as the immigrants that say “I gave up everything to come here for him/her”. No, you did not. You made a life change that you BOTH wanted and so that you could BOTH live with the person you love. You do it for yourself as much as you do it for the other.

Sounds to me that you live in the old ages and she is better off without you. You're 45 and you act like a child. She is a strong independent woman and she doesn't need you. Stop thinking that you are saving her.

I am worried that she will go to a different apartment and change the address for the GC to arrive.

It’s pretty cliche, but I think more people need to adhere to the idea of marrying someone for who they are, not who you want them to be or see them becoming.

 

If you think it’s wrong of her to expect you to work with it being hard on your body, your should probably do some looking into how hard pregnancy and childbirth can be on your body. That’s absolutely not something to force on someone who is unwilling. Not to even mention the responsibility of having a child.

 

I don’t really blame her for not wanting to bring a new person into the world with someone who is willing to just cancel a visa after 2 years of marriage.
