To be honest, in your favor if you are trying to call fraud, you are not really giving us many reasons to suspect she married you for anything but an immigration benefit.

It sounds like she is keeping communication open and trying to reconcile, see if you would move in with her. She wants to live with you, in a different location...

What exactly do you think you are offering that she couldn’t get somewhere else? I can’t imagine it would be too hard for her to find another unemployed man living off his parents in the US who would be willing to marry and sponsor her. But no, she stayed with YOU for YEARS despite your refusal to accept her own autonomy. It is sort of unbelievable, but to jump to the conclusion she was using you, nah man.

So far you haven’t provided this community with evidence that she used you. It sounds more like cold feet on your part that you realize everything she stated before, isn’t going to align with what you wanted/hoped she would change for. You cant control her- yeah that really sucks you  (and presumably someone else since you probably don’t have the funds) are on the hook for her to make sure she doesn’t become a public charge- but these are things that’s as to be thought about before you married/went through immigration process!!

No. She's not here yet so she doesn't have this apartment you're talking about so no. She hasn't used you for anything.

Her friend is the co sponsor and I didn't spend money it was all her money

even the stupid honeymoon, she paid for it, probably so she can show the photos at the interview. 

She used me.

So now the honeymoon was stupid when earlier you were worried a 1 week honeymoon wasn’t enough “proof” to show your marriage was valid. It sounds more like she paid for it because she’s the only one with an income?!?! Looking at your other posts you have been questioning things for some time- maybe you are the one hiding something from her this whole time?  
look, if you feel she has used you and you want to submit that “proof” then do it- I don’t think anyone here is going to help you find that proof as so far in 5 pages you haven’t presented anything substantial.

Here’s the law again.  Have at it.  It applies to consular officers and what they are allowed to do.  Read the part about “rare circumstances” very carefully.

 

Sounding as if you’ve been using her.  She hasn’t done a thing to you except pay your way.

She is a multi-lingual, high earning model from Portugal. She's paid for every major milestone in your relationship so far. 

You have no job and live in a small unappealing house owned by your parents. 

 

She wants you to contribute financially to the marriage, she wants to live in a nicer home and is prepared to pay for it herself. 

 

If this is the full story then she HAS to have married you for immigration benefits because I can't see what else you are bringing to the table. 

 

EXCEPT - according to you she's a high earning model from a visa waiver country in Europe who would clearly have no problems finding someone else to marry her and sponsor her if that was her goal.

I would also be screaming visa fraud if the phenomenon of beautiful and successful women making unbelievable sacrifices for mediocre men wasn’t as common as it unfortunately is. It’s definitely not just an immigration thing. Tragic.
