If the media reports are true, and Prince Harry and his wife Megan have indeed moved to L.A - I wonder the conversation he had with CBP during his entry into the country. I wonder how long his permitted stay will be.

I have wondered this too. Did he have a CR-1 already? They have not been married for 2 years yet so it won’t be an IR-1. Perhaps that was his reason for returning to London early March - to attend his medical and interview in London and receive his visa. 
 

Although my money is on an investor visa. 
 

I am more annoyed that they took a private plane whilst lambasting the average British worker for taking one overseas vacation each year. Rules for thee, not for me...

He may still have Diplomatic privileges otherwise entered on the VWP.

 

They normally use a Prrivate Jet so have access to more comfortable processing. He miust have entered many times before.

 

One of our members lives in the area and is keeping an eye out for them.

Surely stepping back from royal duties and losing his HRH title means he loses diplomatic privileges? Also he was not traveling for a state or official visit.

Nobody knows when he started the I-130 process, but I am going to guess it was while Megan was pregnant. 
 

In hindsight his move to Canada was likely because the process took longer than he thought.  
 

Anyway I’m sure Canada is happy to have this soap opera behind it.
