It would have been interesting if he’d come on here with his questions during the process.

“Would the following be enough for evidence of bona fide relationship? 100 paparazzi pictures of us dating, a 12-page spread in Hello from our wedding, the Queen of England congratulating us in her Christmas speech and our faces on t-shirts and plates?”

“My USC wife, our son and I have been living in a property owned by my grandmother, renovated by the taxpayer and my wife hasn’t worked since we started dating. How would I report this on the I-864?”

”In the past I had some issues with alcohol and cannabis (which is illegal in my homeland) to the point where my father put me in rehab. Will this cause an issue for my medical?”

And we would have answered with:

Pictures are only secondary evidence just as affidavits from family members.

You also probably need a joint sponsor that meets the requirements and better prepare yourself for a one year ban because of the drug abuse.

Probably a thousand article in the DM alone.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I figure it was probably a CR1 process that they chose not to make public. Or possibly an EB1 or EB2, maybe an O1. Does it really matter? Does it really affect any of our processes?

I am not sure on what basis he would qualify for anything other than a IR1, well an EB5 but that seems silly when he can go through Meghan.

I saw an article about 20 minutes ago when I was looking for types of visas he could qualify for, several ideas in there:  https://pobjeckylaw.com/blog/the-royals-are-coming-does-prince-harry-need-a-visa/

To be fair that article basically is saying he could also do what you term the "VWP Express" but I thought the ideas about the other visas were possible, maybe.

Again, not my process. Right now we're stuck and can't even start ours because there's nowhere to get a marriage license if we wanted to start it now instead of waiting as planned. We had planned on October for our wedding but who knows now.

VWP Express I have trade marked so they would not be able to use it without paying the big bucks.

He may still have Diplomatic privileges otherwise entered on the VWP.

They normally use a Prrivate Jet so have access to more comfortable processing. He miust have entered many times before.

One of our members lives in the area and is keeping an eye out for them.

According to Canada media his diplomatic privileges ended with his leaving the royal family hence their no longer wanting to foot the bill..

i did see review of his status published about a month ago by some lawyer who said his best option would be to enter the US And adjust but would be inconvenienced by lack of ability to travel 🙄
