There are various agencies that provide Maids, it would be VERY unusual to bring one as an Employee but difficult to be precise with the limited information provided.

Plenty of maid services in the us to hire from - or are you looking for a ‘maid’

As others stated you hire a maid in the US. I haven’t seen a shortage of maids in the US where we need to bring in “highly qualified” maids...

Hiring a foreign maid or au pair still means you need to withhold and file federal and state taxes,  along with paying into unemployment insurance, medicare and SS (they get an EIN # for this)

plus a work visa for this type of work is only good for 1 year (can be extended) and you have to guarantee they only work 40 hours and you have to pay for the person to take 6 hours of classes 

on top of paying for the visa and housing and flights 

how is this cheaper than getting a USC for work?

care.com advertises a lot. They claim

to find you someone in 3 minutes, no visa required.

 

But if you’re looking for something else you might want to look at other websites.

In general, you can't.

There are some specific exemptions for a domestic worker on a B-1 and such, but these require specific circumstances that do not apply to the vast majority of individuals.
