Hey all!

any success stories without the K3?

Getting nervous, every time we are a month further they also push the date one month further...

Not for 2019 filers no, except for expediters. All the approval stories right now not from K3 are August 2018 filers mostly

Sorry, I haven't been on here much.

Yes, you can also call his/her office. All these public servants are public info. You can email, call, whatever. I highly highly HIGHLY encourage everyone on here to contact every political figure they can get in touch with and at least throw all this Nebraska USCIS in their face so maybe they will look into it.

Thanks

That is because California Service Center keeps transferring immigrant cases to the Nebraska and other service centers. Mostly to Nebraska unfortunately. We will see faster movements after they stop transferring cases to the NCS. Until then they are gonna keep pushing the dates backwards.

All while Potomac is still pumping cases through in 3-4 months and Vermont and Texas not too much longer than that... And Nebraska keeps getting choked down longer and longer and longer. Over a year processing time now. It's SOOOOOOOOOO insanely screwed up! It took those a-holes at Nebraska over month just to mail our approved paperwork to NVC. We were approved coming up on 3 months ago now but I'm still blasting our political figures as often as I can, and will continue to also. Many prayers and good vibes going out to everyone dealing with Nebraska nonsense...🙏🤙

Hi everyone ,

i was approved on 08/08/2019 by NSC and after 23 days my case is still not sent to NVC ,( USCIS.gov or my USCIS are still not updated) .

last time we called USCIS they told us that it can take up to 3 months to transfer it 😩 is it real or is it just a joke ???

I mean , after more than 11 months waiting for the approval they want me to become crazy I think ..

We were approved a day before you and two days ago my husband received an email saying our case was sent to the department of state. So maybe next week yours will be sent. From what i have seen here it takes around a month for USCIS to send the case then another month to get your case number ...

Thanks! I hope your case is sent next week, i think it will be. And yes haha after waiting almost a year at nebraska I am not too worried now because i feel this part of the process won't take as long as the USCIS part haha

Anyone has a clue of an approximate of  how long the whole process by the time it'll reach interview dates? I'm still at NOA1 PD 08/21/18.

Good to know as ours was approved on August 9th :) I'm way more relaxed about the whole process now that we got the NoA2 though. I'm mostly worried about the backlog for interviews up here in Canada.
