Everyone wants that.  It will be an uphill battle to convince the USCIS/DOS of that, particularly since security checks in Pakistan cannot be expedited.

Is your case currently at the embassy in Islamabad?

Nvc has accepted all of documentation but not a biographic page of passport i have submitted it once again and hoping that they are gonna accept it this time , it was considered invalid just because biographic page was not rotate as a book 😕

Yes she is on her 6th month of pregnancy and for sure I want to be by her side at my baby birth time ,

Which father doesn’t want to be there for his wife and child? The question is whether it’s medically necessary. Be prepared for the answer being “not our problem”.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

If your wife only has three months until delivery, there is no way you will be there, even if an expedite is approved.  The vetting for Pakistan is high level, due to the lack of police certificates/data sharing etc, so that simply will not be completed even if NVC sends an approved petition to the embassy tomorrow.

Your chances of receiving an expedite are slim to non-existent.

It is not a medical necessity for you to be here for your wife's pregnancy and birth because of a cyst and I cannot imagine any doctor writing a letter stating that it is. Any letter from a doctor saying you need to be here to give her emotional support will be ignored.

Pakistan is one of the most difficult countries in terms of obtaining a visa. The likelihood that they will forego AP and security checks to expedite your visa so you can be here to give "support" are slim to none.

The worst case scenario is that they will say No.

I guess give it a try????

As for the health of your wife and your baby, do the doctors feel like their lives are in danger? Does your wife have underlining medical complications resulting from the pregnancy? Etc.

But good luck and I hope that everything goes well! ❤️

Or what should i do , need some suggestions

thank you

USCIS does not view a couple’s family planning choices as a valid reason for expedite.

What everyone is telling you is that you haven't discovered the "special secret" way of gaining an expedite.

While it was medically necessary for you to be with her for conception, it is not for birth.

Good luck

Even if the consulate approved an expedite, there could be the matter of an extended administrative processing period....which cannot be expedited....good luck.

Shame they don’t allow “by her side” support in Pakistan or you could attend instead of waiting to hear how things went while crossing your fingers from another room.

It is the USC’s responsibility to prove irreparable harm for expedite.  An immigrant filing expedite on the basis of impatience is out of luck.

Would your wife be able to come and deliver in your country?  Maybe your mother/sisters/aunts could recommend a good birthing center?

That might be the easiest solution if you have to be there.

My wife was told by doctors that she has a high risk pregnancy and she requires a C-Section birth. I have been in country supporting her/taking care for most of the pregnancy because she isn't capable of caring for herself and she has no family members capable as well. The USCIS approved my expedite for financial hardship and medical emergency because I am an Investment Advisor and a part of my job is meeting clients, being in Colombia to care for her inhibits my ability to meet with clients and it has caused me to lose business as a result. It is best if you have a lot of evidence and documents written by the doctor to prove to the USCIS that it is an extreme hardship. Normal pregnancy is not grounds for expedite, only medical conditions that threaten your wife or future baby...
