My wife is pregnant and according to doctors

Hello , 

my wife is expecting a baby .. she is in US And i am here in my country ,my case is already filed and in progress  .. according to doctors there i am suppose to be there with her ..they have talked to my wife about case, so is it gonna help me to get there asap or make my case little quicker ? 

 

Or what should i do , need some suggestions

You won't get there any earlier to see the birth.  It isn't medically necessary.


March 2, 2018  Married In Hong Kong

April 30, 2018  Mary moves from the Philippines to Mexico, Husband has MX Permanent Residency

June 13, 2018 Mary receives Mexican Residency Card

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

Yes I believe so , but doctors have given her written that in which condition she is and my baby so i am suppose to be there with her ?? If doctors are saying so thn it should be consider medical emergency?

You can always ask and provide documentation as why you need an expedite.

No.  Pregnancy is not a reason to expedite.

Okay but when its from her doctor saying and they are tryn give her some reasonable documentation in which it has clearly written that my baby is not fine and the mother and she needs my support to be with her ?

Her doctor has mentioned that my baby has cyst on stomach, and second thing that my wife condition so its according her doctor that i am suppose to be with her  ..,

Sorry to hear. That decision will be made by USCIS, but you can definitely submit detailed medical documentation to try for an expedite.

Yes now i am more worried about both of them , and yes i am gonna do something about it because doctors are willing to provide us concern documentation..

A cyst is not something that would require tissue donation.

It is going to be a very hard case to expedite since you are a Pakistani male.

 

Get everything you can to support your request.

Yes she is on her 6th month of pregnancy and for sure I want to be by her side at my baby birth time ,

Everyone wants that.  It will be an uphill battle to convince the USCIS/DOS of that, particularly since security checks in Pakistan cannot be expedited.

 

Is your case currently at the embassy in Islamabad?
