Or what should i do , need some suggestions

thank you

Where you from ? Maybe if you were from i.e. ESTA country you can try to come and visit US and proof that you will go back ?

Maybe then you can try to come and visit IF CBP would let you go through.

Is the cyst incompatible with life? I.e. do they think the baby is going to die? Because that might be a reason to allow some sort of humanitarian expedite or other visa, so that you might be there during the birth.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Would your wife be able to come and deliver in your country?  Maybe your mother/sisters/aunts could recommend a good birthing center?

That might be the easiest solution if you have to be there.

Thank you, loved the article. I guess OP and his wife will have to see what's the most important to them, and come up with a realistic solution.

Neither USCiS or a Consular Officer will care one bit what you "want".  A doctor saying you should be there is not enough.  They need to give a specific reason why you being there is medically necessary to save the life of your baby.  Please don't argue with us about it.  If you want to try for an expedite, try it with whatever documentation you can get.  Just know that without what I just described, it will definitely not happen.  WITH what I described, there's perhaps a slim chance.
