I think this is the first October 2021 case to have an interview or decision. Congratulations! I envy you.

Who is the Oct filer?

What do you stand to gain by worrying? Absolutely nothing at all. There is no strict formula to how USCIS decides who to interview. Just prepare prepare prepare.

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!

Really!  Kind of hard to empathize with the complaint here.....as a December 2021filer at Nebraska, we are not expecting anything until the end of 2023.

We filed in March 2019.....no RFEs......Still waiting for interview....our case was extremely strong.  Nothing says they absolutely will waive all strong cases.

That’s such a long time-are you considering just going into citizenship to push it along?

I love interviews, I hope we get interviewed every step of the way. Know we are legit, and no way they can deny us. I take full advantage, milk the time to the fullest, ask lots of questions, become that one they never want to see again. It's just a big game, and I love winning!!! I get my moneys worth out of every petition I file. I am at my local USCIS office so much, they assigned me a parking space!!!! LOL

I feel the same way.   We have nothing to hide, and if we have to do another interview, it just means we can combine it with a trip to our only IKEA in the area.

Yes.  My wife is now eligible to apply under the 5 year rule.  Her 5th anniversary as an LPR is in June.  She also turns 65 in 3 months, so we are going to get her Social Security/Medicare set up first.

Wow, that is some pretty detailed questions. We never got as detailed of color of curtains, but I can relate, what guy even cares about color of curtains, I know I would have messed that up myself. Now ask me the size and displacement of the engine in the car we drove to the interview in.... LOL.
