HI,

I made a FOIA request of my A-file and it arrived 2 months later.

I don't understand what does "LHM result" and the "disposition" mean in the FBI name check section.

I also do not understand why they have 3 pages under "Risk and Fraud", I do not have any arrests or traffic violations or any trouble with the law whatsoever. Is this standard?

LHM is Letterhead Memorandum - the format used by USCIS to get info from the FBI.

What were you hoping to achieve with requesting your A-file? That’s not a normal procedure when filing the N-400.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

one personal insult removed.
as suggested earlier, why not ask your dr for a copy of the vaccine sheet?

It was stated they need your vaccine records. A dr may be able to provide them for you without going through the much more complicated FOIA route.

The pages for risk and fraud could be anything from negative responses to any flags that a CO or IO may have encountered along the way. These are not necessarily related to criminal records. It could be anything relate to any immigration event in your entire history.

I asked about things I did not understand in the A-file, while you are completely ranting about asking records from a doctor, which has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. People are free to post at will, but related to the topic and not completely irrelevant things.

LOL.  I'm not ranting.  I was reminding you of the TOS.  Again, you can't tell people not to post.

What do you not understand about telling people not to post?

Are these the vaccines you're supposed to take before flying in to the US the first time?

Your background check is pending.  There are no results here.  You don’t even have an assigned UCN/TCR number yet for your fingerprint check.

LHM stands for Letter Head Memorandum

You’re kinda rude and it took about 2 minutes to google this.  Read through it yourself.
