  1. How is your nationality "really personal" information? I can't think of many things that would be less personal.
  2. You need to slow down and actually read people's replies. Your questions have already been answered earlier in the thread but you don't seem to be absorbing anything anyone is telling you.
  3. No, it just means don't upload a lot of files in one go, probably to limit the load on the system. If you need to upload more than 5 documents, split them into multiple uploads.
  4. What do you plan to do after getting married? Is your long term plan to live in the US together?
  5. Yes, you can marry and file for Adjustment of Status now if he's okay with not being able to work or go home for 8+ months. If he leaves before that, your only options are the K-1 or CR-1 visa.
  6. OP maybe you should write some of the information you've been given down so that you don't have to post the same questions every 6 months.
  7. I don't see any other posts made by the OP on VisaJourney about this topic. I wonder what "Nigerian forum" they're referring to when they say they've already received the answers they need.
  8. When I moved to Arkansas, I was able to get a driver's license based on my K-1 visa but its expiration date was tied to my I-94. So after the 90 days were up, I had to wait for my EAD before I could drive again.
  9. Why should anyone keep helping you when you'll just ignore what we say anyway?
  10. I've seen you post 10+ times on Reddit, often asking the same questions over and over, and have replied to some of them myself (with no response from you, I might add). Several of us even answered this exact question for you yesterday. At this point I'm just going to assume you're a troll.
  11. When you filed the petition for the K-1, you signed a letter saying you intend to get married within the 90 days. So either you were already engaged before filing or you lied.
  12. He can't sponsor you for either of those visas. Any tie to the US will have a negative impact when applying for a non-immigrant visa but having a brother in the US will not get you denied by itself.
  13. There's no such as thing as sponsoring a visitor visa, you would apply by yourself on your own merits. Your chances of approval depend on a variety of factors, it's impossible to tell you how likely it is that you'll be approved when you haven't told us anything about your circumstances. It kind of sounds like you're just fishing for ways to get to the USA. What exactly do you want to do, move there permanently, study there or just visit? Those are three very different things.
  14. You were asking about visiting under the Visa Waiver Program, which is very different to applying for a B-2 visa while most consulates are not even processing them.
