No, it just means don't upload a lot of files in one go, probably to limit the load on the system. If you need to upload more than 5 documents, split them into multiple uploads.

There's no such as thing as sponsoring a visitor visa, you would apply by yourself on your own merits. Your chances of approval depend on a variety of factors, it's impossible to tell you how likely it is that you'll be approved when you haven't told us anything about your circumstances. It kind of sounds like you're just fishing for ways to get to the USA. What exactly do you want to do, move there permanently, study there or just visit? Those are three very different things.
