Mailed on the 8th, received on the 10. We haven't heard a word. Used a cashier's check. Will check with the bank to see if it's been cashed. This waiting drives me insane.

I'm in the same boat. Sent mine on the 9th and they received on the 12th. I haven't heard a thing yet.

We tried to get one and it's taking a while but it's coming, didn't want to get another one by accident by checking the box on the form.

Submitted on 07/15, arrived at Chicago lockbox on 07/17. Yesterday we received a letter from USCIS "We are returning an item(s) you send in support of your application/petition, as it is a form we cannot place in your file folder for review by an office during the adjudication process" with our very slim printed-on-paper somewhat smaller than letter size photo album. Silly mistake since the album felt like such solid evidence of our relationship and the only bit of personality. Disheartening since it didn't come with a NOA. Waiting continues...

 

Anyone know if you can send in additional materials to add to your application or if you just wait for the interview to bring pics?

Although... they just cashed our check! So hopefully that is a good sign. Feeling a bit more positive!

Sent ours on 07/13/2019 to Chicago lockbox. Looks like UPS confirmed package received on 07/19/2019.

Check was cashed today also.

 

I heard they don’t approve if you don’t have a SSN number so I got worried. I know that’s not true but then again wanted to see if others filed without the SSN number just like me.

hello everyone ! who knows, do i need to pay immigrant fee (it's 220$) with fee for i-485 and biometrics fee ? and if i do, does it need to be  different checks of it can be just one?

immigrant fee? I haven't heard K1 have to pay for an immigrant fee. Usually that's reserved for true immigrant visas.

Absolutely! The forms update and of course one has complete the forms as per the new form's instructions. This video is on how u can arrange the package. The cover letter which I guess will probably remain standard. I prepared my package with the help of this video and I got the NOA within 10 days and my biometric was done within a month.

Update: I just received my text notification for my receipt number. Got 3 of it.  Sent my application 07/15 and they got it 07/18.

Today is one week since everything was sent in. Hoping to get our NOA1 soon 🤞

We Received hard copy NOA1 July 23rd after receiving the text message on July 18th. We sent everything on July 11th and they received it on July 15th.
