Yeah, a bit odd, eh?   The Note at the top of the heading said don't count anyone more than once.   So I entered zero since I'm sponsoring my wife and I want the resulting Total Household Size to be 2, which is correct in our case.

I'm the USC.  What certificate? Unless I'm totally confusing this... I'm pretty sure.

Update. I received my text notification this morning for all forms. USPS delivered to the P.O. Box on 7/15 and it was processed on 7/19. The money is still in my bank account but that could be due to it being processed late Friday plus the weekend. 

Overall my delay for not having the updated version of the I-130 form was only 11 days. Not too bad

I send my Mom’s packet since 07/11 and I haven’t receive the text notifications and they haven’t sent charge my credit card, I’m getting nervous that it got lost but USPS tracking number says they received the packet on 07/13 so why so long with no news?😰

You should call them. It might be that they just didn’t send the e-notification

I was confused about this too but reading the response I got my answer I was going to put zero as well but wanted to be sure...thanks

No SSN here. We applied for SSN through I-765
