Well, my case is different from hers, I am applying for a K-1 Visa, i never had goverment assistant, My friend got married to a cuban american who had hardship when he was younger, and he had goverment assiatant, but that was years ago.... right now her husband is currently working, they got married in Colombia. He saw this video from youtube (visa coach) where this man kept ranting and bashing Trumps new immigration policies, the guy basically was scaring people to the point where he was making it almost impossible to be approved unless you request his services..... one of the topics was the goverment assistant issue.... so my friend texted me this morning concerned that this would disqualified    them from getting approved.

I resubmitted on the 20th, hopefully they can get to it by the end of this week!!

oh wow... Trump is truly making things difficult... hope you find a way out.... all the best..... you might need to find an expert in immigration matters to advise you on the way forward!!!!  am sure you might find someone here in VJ

this is the case of a friend that I am sharing with you guys to find a  way to help her.... her husband is submitting an I-130....my case is a K1 visa and I got my NOA2 about 4 weeks  ago.

How should the two visa photos be uploaded? Side by side? 

 

Also, I used google drive to scan and used flash, there is a minor glare on the visa photo. Should I retake it or is that ok to upload?

God is a good God! Congrats for the good news! Hope you don't have to wait for an interview date for too long..still waiting for my c.c it's been 3 weeks since I've resubmitted

I got DQ for my Step son...submitted everything 17th May and received an email late last night that He’s DQ and in line to be schedule for Interview....Now just My Wife and Step Daughter...which I had to re submit I-864 on 21st May because I missed one part ...
