Hi All,

My case is at NVC and we had to do payment for AOS and IV. We did payment and the status after few days changed to paid too and forms were accessible on ceac but after two days we got a message of payment rejected and the status changed to paynow

we did the payment again being extra careful this time and the same thing happened

wasted two weeks in just paying and still on samepage

anyone faced such issue? Any advice what to do?
