Hi everyone,

8 weeks of waiting and they finally received it in. I am wondering how long it is going to take them to assign case #. I hope not their 8 weeks...

Btw. Is there anything I can do in order to speed up the process now (medical issues) or nothing can be done without case #?

7 weeks still no word from NVC

Hi everyone! Quick question: I've paid my fees, submitted all forms, and upload my last document as of Friday. Is it helpful to call NVC when they open on Monday?

Is this your first submission?

If you submitted everything last Friday, they will most likely tell you to wait up to 3 weeks for your documents to be reviewed and say nothing more than that... Not counting the wait on phone line that can be up to 30 minutes.

It's up to you, but I wouldn't recommend doing it so soon (unless you have something to fix, like wrong uploaded document or something like that)

After uploading a document to NVC, can it be changed? For example, you uploaded the wrong thing and need to switch it?

The same thing happen to me on Friday , and I have a great advice here , just upload the right one on add document and you can leave a comment on the note box like I did . Good luck
