OK.  All petitions are at the Embassy.  I called to make an appointment.  They said that NVC makes the appointment.  I explained that it was expedited and that I was told to call and make the appointment.  They said "I'm sorry"... There are no current appointment dates available but we can try online at a later date to see if any open up.  The phone appointments and the online appointments will use the same information so there is no reason to call.  So now my expedite looks like an August interview at the earliest but I won't be able to schedule that until July when the schedule is online...

I'm getting frustrated now...LOL

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

Initial document upload on 5/31, submitted additional requested document on 6/4, and received DQ just now (6/5) for one of our cases.  The other two have no action yet.

You should use an Adobe scan app on your phone and compress it under 2MB...it will be a PDF file...email it your account..Save it under Adobe and view it to see if it is not blurry ...then upload it...that’s what I did to all my docs ...one case got DQ without any issue...so try that and see if that will help you...

I used "I love PDF" app, on the advice of others. It is scanned clearly, and compressed. Be sure your hand is steady, and the lighting is good.

I scanned under a white bulb lamp.

You can only mail if they instruct you to mail.

You cannot take it upon yourself to mail in documents. Also is this for consular processing?
