@Greenbaum, the I-134 on the USCIS site says it expired on 11/18. Will that be a problem if I use that ?

Highly recommend that you get the form from government site. Search I-134 and choose the form. It will always be the most current addition.

May I ask, how did you know when they received your case or assigned the case #? Did you just call to find out or is there someplace online you are checking? Thanks!!

Folks... Folks, Folks!

We got a silent approval! Her dad just checked the mail today and the NOA2 was there! None of the websites have been updated as I'm writing this post.

She's with me in Brazil and I'm immensely happy that we get to celebrate this before the end of our vacation together! We're stoked.

NOA1 - Sep/25 (old) - Sep/30 (new)

NOA2 - Jan/08

I wish you all get your approvals soon!

September?! Congratulations!

Oh no I was so excited I mistook the dates. I am a July filer. My NOA1 was on 7/25.

Mods: any way I can edit my previous comment?

185 days, still waiting. 😐😥

Don't lose your hope! As of today we are 171 days in.

I was already getting bitter watching so many approvals since mid-December but I knew we were still well within processing time so just gotta keep on with your daily stuff until it happens.

Amazing how you're one day after me on the NOA1 but your approval is a few weeks behind.

Well, like someone said. It's like a Wallmart's check out lines, some lines go faster than others. It really depends on the individuals who are responsible for adjudicating our cases (among other factors).
