If your country does not allow cousin marriages, what makes you think that the embassy will allow the marriage to be approved.  You still have to go through them for consular processing.

I need to bring her to usa 🇺🇸.

Not sure if this is a language barrier but needing to bring her to the USA sounds a little odd to me.

Why do you need to bring her to the USA? Because you want to be with the love of your life or because you need to bring her to the USA?

You mentioned that the K1 was denied because they didn’t believe that this was a genuine (for love) relationship, so you need to overcome that issue. Just getting married is not going to guarantee approval of a spousal visa

How long have you been in a relationship with your cousin, how many times have you seen each other since your romantic relationship started (so I’m not talking about growing up together)? USCIS wants to see that type of proof.

“It’s been 84 years…”

I was thinking the same thing. Are you and in your cousin in love with each other or are you just trying to get your cousin the the US?

If we see red flags there is a reason the consulate sees red flags, as well. They have access to a lot more of your story than we do. And as @Pinkrlion stated, getting married isn't going change a thing, your country doesn't allow cousin marriages so what makes you think you'll get approved? COs are very aware of the customs and laws in the countries they are assigned to.

I think you misunderstand.  Guatemala is the country not allowing first cousin marriage.  The USA, is the country whose Consular Officer will make the visa decision.  The Guatemalans have nothing to do with US visa approvals or denials.  There may be issues, but the Guatemalan government isn't one of them.  It's just the reason they can't marry there.

Brazil,Mexico and Argentina allow cousins to get married. There is no need to be a resident permanent in any of these countries to get married. The tourist visa works.

If the state you're living in doesn't allow it your marriage will not be valid in your state in the US. So you should check on that too.

He's in TN

it allows the following

Ga jokes about this

saying TN is a state with 8 million people with 3 last names

They did not believe in our true love

The ONLY cure for that denial is a great deal of time actually spent together.
