March 15th or so NOA1 "Actively Reviewed" don't remember the date exactly because USCIS website removed it from case history  

August 17th approval  

August 21st sent to NVC  

August 23rd NVC receipt notice  

August 27 paid fees  

  

142 days for I130 approval, we were in Nebraska the whole time.

I filed around Feb 25th timeframe and can say i just received notice that our status was not "Documentarily qualified" and now we are just awaiting the interview!

 

I don't have the exact dates on me but I will keep you guys posted on how long it takes from DQ to interview.

Interview: TBD

Visa Category: CR1 (Spouse)

Consulate: Mumabi, India

Just wanted to let you guys know, dont focus on the processing time. It means nothing. I filed petition for my on March 8. It showed Nebraska at first but NOA1 came from Texas. But it actually went to California. My case was in "Actively Reviewing" since April 5. Today I got approval email and the notice in USCIS portal. I also filed i129f (K3) on April 29 when I saw K3 had only 6-8 months wait time. Additionally I reached out to my senator. Dont know if either one worked or none of them triggered the approval. Either way, now the secong waiting game begins.

Congratulations everyone who had their applications approved! I’m so excited for you! Has anyone here sent their applications back in March and never had any status update on file? Only case received? The wait is kinda upsetting me already 🙁
