Its looking like 18 months to 2 years is a good estimate since the Moscow embassy is still closed. I hope for sooner but am prepared to wait.

I guess that will take another 4-5 months after NVC. I have seen that be the only country willing to take Russian transfers despite lots of people asking tons of other countries.
