Has anyone who had recently received their case number and are having issues with the missing AOS fee option in ceac gotten any feedback from NVC other than to submit a query/wait ?

NVC Received: September 17th - 09/17/2019

Case # Assigned: October 14th - 10/14/2019

Paid Fees: October 15th - 10/15/2019

Submitted Documents: October 29th - 10/29/2019

Documents Approved: October 31st - 10/31/2019

Can I ask how did you know when NVC received your case?  Was it an email or ???  Thanks!

I called,  I did not get an email or air mail. When you call they will tell you.

You should get it soon! I got mine yesterday and I think we are close in timing with when our packets reached the NVC. Mine was received October 3rd and I got my case number yesterday, October 31st. Hole on mi fren every ting soon come true!!

Thanks so much, I really appreciate it. They received my petition 10/17 so I am hoping I will get my case number by the 2nd week of November. Congrats on getting your case number too 😊

Can you access both fees to make payments on ceac?

Yeah, everyone is having the same issue. We called yesterday, they said that you can start paying the IV fee. Hope they fix it soon.

You check the egov website or myuscis. Then to know when they received it you need to call.

Same here, we submitted documents last Friday evening, they were all accepted on Tuesday morning but a few others were requested, submitted the same day and DQ next morning.

 

That was a nice surprise, I was expecting weeks of waiting.

Got an email with our case number last night🎉🎉🎉

My husband called yesterday and they said we should wait another 2 weeks or call again. It suspicious that we call and the next day bam case created 🤔🤔

So I guess I support that theory about calling to get your case looked at quickly.

Does NVC not put you on hold anymore? I've tried calling a few times and get a voice message saying all agents are busy every time, but it never puts me on hold, just hangs up.
