  1. Just a little timeline so 185 days after POE at JFK and two inquiries and one phone call to uscis my card went into production. On the 190th day the card was mailed and then received the following day via usps.
  2. Hey, thank you for the reply. I got through to an agent that same day and after a few checks he told me to call back in two weeks time but on the day of the two week time frame I got an email stating that they sent my card in to production so I didn’t need to call back thankfully.
  3. Hey @lady3jane got an update today that the card is being produced so my second inquiry and call helped. Thanks for the help!
  4. Thank you! I will definitely go ahead and use my passport to get my state ID because at this rate I don’t know when/if that card would arrive this year
  5. I entered two days before you and my status says the same after two inquiries with no response I called and was told to call back in two weeks (this Friday) if nothing changes.....did you receive your card yet?
  6. What number did you all call to get to speak to an actual person to inquire about the status of your green card? I keep getting this automated service and it tells me no more than I already know 🙄.
  7. I should check mine....it’s been 161 days and nothing I sent a service request last month and was told to expect a reply on the 15th of August but...nothing. Will try calling tomorrow I suppose🤷🏽‍♀️
  8. Yes I see it on the receipt...will check it now thank you!
  9. I entered March 17th got ss card two weeks later but no green card as of yet...will inquire at the 120 mark because the fee was paid before entry
  10. The middle of this month will be 4 months since entry as well and no green card yet
  11. Maybe try calling? Although the offices are closed to walk-ins you can still notify them and see what they have to say at least🤷🏽‍♀️
  12. @Bking today makes it exactly two weeks since entry and I got my ss card in the mail today. Hopefully you get yours soon as well 🙏🏽
  13. I was wondering the same thing. I was not told anything by CBP but I checked the option for one to be assigned to me as well. Given the circumstances as mentioned above, we can all just wait and see how it goes.
  14. Hi, we had our interview last Friday (spouse not allowed in embassy) and I was not asked about the DS5540 (I was pretty much unaware of it until I came on here after my interview) nor was I asked about health insurance. We were approved with no issue thus far... thank God! But as the others mentioned my husband is also well above the poverty guideline (could be why we weren’t asked about it 🤷🏽‍♀️). I’m just waiting on the notification to collect my passport which the CO said can take approximately 2 weeks here. Didn’t update my timeline yet as I will only feel comfortable once my husband and I are back together for sure (reading about people and this process made me such a skeptic lol)... Hope this helps and God speed on the rest of your journey 🙏🏽
