Thanks. I guess a print out of the interview letter from the email is acceptable to take to the interview then?

Did anyone get an actual letter in the mail from NVC when they got a case number? We only got an email and no hard copy. So regarding this interview letter, will it be the same? Should we just print out the email (when we receive it) and take to the interview?

Finally got DQ yesterday 11/6/19!!! Now waiting for the interview letter now! 1st submission was Oct 22 Re-submission was Oct 28 DQ Nov 6

Thanks a lot for the links. I know there is a restraining order on the rule, but I'd like to err on the side of caution. We now live in different times. I have contacted my HR/Benefits department this morning and I am waiting to hear back from them.

I am wondering about this too...What health insurance should she have submitted? I thought being employed was sufficient but read somewhere that it isn't because that employee health coverage kicks in within 90 days. Do you or does anyone know where to buy immigrant health insurance, or what should we do to observe this new rule?

It likely means there's something missing: information or document.

Pardon me, but what is a DQ? I was asked to resubmit the police certificate which I did, do you know how long before they review it? Asking because I remember you had to submit some document NVC asked for. Is there anything else to do after resubmitting (like letting them know)?
