No. You haven't found some secret method to provide documents for the CO to consider (that's assuming the documents show a tie, which is a stretch).

I guarantee that if some method existed, it would be all over the Internet and VJ by now.

The DS-160 requests all information they want outside the interview.

Again, never heard of uploading any documents for a tourist visa. Take the info with you, at the beginning of the interview try to get that info across verbally to the CO. Again they don't have to consider anything if they don't want to though. What is so urgent about this attempt at a tourist visa? With the caps lock on it is making you sound awfully desperate.

THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN ZIAN FOR YOUR KIND WORDS. YOU ARE RIGHT! I MAY BE DESPERATE, BUT IN A GOOD WAY. I AM BRINGING MANY DELEGATE FOR A CONFERENCE IN THE United States. TWO OF THEM HAVE THEIR INTERVIEW TOMORROW. AS THE ORGANIZATION BRINGING THEM, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE ON OUR PART THAT WE DO OUR DUE DILIGENCE. SO YOU SEE ...YOUR ARE CORRCT. I JUST NEED TO FIND A WAY TO SEND MORE INFORMATION BECAUSE ONE OF THEM WAS DECLINED AND HE WAS ASKED FOR MORE INFO. SO I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT ACROSS BEFORE THE INTERVIEW BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO ME THEY MAKE THE DECISION BEFORE THE INTERVIEW.   WE JUST WANT TO SEND THE EXTRA INFORMATION BEFORE THE INTERVIEW

Can we get him to find his caplocks key first?

I do like he found the shift button to do United States correctly.

Anyways, for the OP, yes a lot of times the decision is made before hand off the application, again the interview itself is kind of a formality. If they feel the need they can see more info, but a lot of times they don't and are not obligated to. That's all you can do really.

Please take the documents to the interview. They may look or not look at them. However, there's no way you can submit it to them through that website; it's for feedback only. Good luck.

right they often don't look at what you take to interview and that is why we say "front load the application"

the packet is reviewed before the interview and what is in there is  important

if they need any additional documents after interview, the embassy will instruct how and where to submit them
