Take the documents with you.   Chances are you will not be asked for any documents.   Often the CO's decision is already made based on your online application,

Please take off the caps-lock. haha. And as mentioned you fill out the application, that usually can be all the CO needs to make a decision, but you can take other documents with you, but they do not have to look at them at all.

As was mentioned, that is for feedback on an issue with the site. Not to upload documents. You fill out the application online, the CO usually can determine an approval or denial from that application. The interview itself is kind of a formality. You can take documentation with you to the interview, but they do not have to ask for any or look at them if they don't want to.

YES BUT MOST TIME IT IS NOT ASKED FOR, AND THE SYSTEM WILL NOT PERMIT SOME VITAL INFORMATION LIKE ONGOING DEGREE PROGRAM IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY BCAUSE THE SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE PROVISION FOR DATES IN THE FUTURE

Again, never heard of uploading any documents for a tourist visa. Take the info with you, at the beginning of the interview try to get that info across verbally to the CO. Again they don't have to consider anything if they don't want to though. What is so urgent about this attempt at a tourist visa? With the caps lock on it is making you sound awfully desperate.

No submission of documents takes place for non immigrant visa interviews.

Uploading them does not mean they will look at them. Your only choice is to take them to your interview.
