I've been checking here on VJ timelines and I'm seeing a few folks who received their NOA2 around December 27-28th and they show that NVC received their visa apps on January 10th. 

 

Our NOA2 was Jan 2nd. So, I called yesterday but they had not yet received it and gave me the 6 week schpeel. 

 

Anyone here in the August group received NOA2 and had their visa app received by NVC yet? 

By the way, for those who may be interested, here is the info provided on the VJ K1 fiance visa flow chart:

 

Two weeks after you receive the NOA2 you can contact the NVC to see if they have received your approved I-129F. You can contact them at 603 334-0700. Their homepage is here. Welcome to the US Department of State! Things move much faster now

 

If you call, it will give you an alternative number for non-immigrant visas. Even though fiance visas are technically, non-immigrant, the rep told me that we can call either number.

I can't stop myself from checking both websites several times a day 🤦‍♀️ good that i'm in different time zone so i don't do it during daytime too))

Well hope you get it this week. Last time i was expecting same but took me 402 days i am not expecting my noa2 Anytime soon
