  1. From the USCIS processing times website it is taking approximately 4-6 months for EADs. I dont think there is anything you can do, you could wait until mid of november and open a case with them but I dont think it will change much. In the other hand lets hope for your Green Card interview to come that way you wouldnt need EAD anymore.
  2. You are 110% right .... I guess I just didn't say that then.
  3. Keep those photos and proofs handy....you will need everything for your adjustment of status. With that AOS going and for your GC interview you will need way more evidence.

I am not sure if you posted this before or after private message me. Like I said, this isnt a form, she needs to get the original birth certificate notarized. She needs to walk in to the Cartório and request it if she doesnt have the original one.

    Anyone believe this??

    Anything to get your money.
  6. 1- This process will require a lot of patient from the two of you since USCIS is taking a long time to process cases. Your relationship will be tested in a way that you may or may not have see before due to the distance, lot of facetime, if you have money travelling to see him is an options but in most cases doesnt happen. 2- No. Read some of my posts which tells a bit of my journey and been from Brazil may help you.
  7. Your local embassy will send instructions to you. You can fill the DS however I would advise waiting just in case there are additional instructions as well as for the medical.
  8. I had a very similar situation. Was raised by my mom, never had my father figure around but I knew his name. So I included in the forms and that was it. My all process was smooth and didnt have a single problem.
  9. Pick it up in one of the US Offices is pretty easy too (and fast) that is what I did. A week later.
  10. Hard to know, I would try to inquiry your local embassy. On the page http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Pakistan&cty=Islamabad there are phone numbers that you can call.
