I have gotten married and was wondering if I need to change my name with USCIS prior to the ROC. I filed for ROC July 2022 after my late husband passed . I know to change my address. Thanks in advance

Good evening, my US spouse passed in 2021. I filed for ROC in 2022 with waivers because he is deceased. I waited to file to get court documents and will taken care of from probate court to provide as much as i could with my application. Just recieved the 48 month extension letter today. My question is can i get remarried before ROC. I have met a fellow widower and we have discussed marriage. He is aware that I am in the immigration process. I am fully employed, own my own home etc so fully support myself. Thanks in advance.
