Were APPROVED!!! 142 days in. Today I received text and email, and the APP I'm using updated at the same time that my I129F had been approved.

Me and my honey got approved too!😁 God is good! So fast im in shock... but hey im not complaining. 😄 Ok now with the interview process,  how do we do this. Do we wait till they contact us? Or do we have to have to call ourselves? I'm sure this question was already answered somewhere previously in this message chain vortex.

Normally I have a P3 for your embassy but at this time I do not. If you go contact me with a PM here on VJ when you get a copy and share it with me I can then share with those who come behind you.

 

In the mean time there are other places to look here on VJ for information on what to do next. Just select your flag in your profile on the left hand column and there on that page is a wealth of information. Your mileage may vary.

Hey all - August 9 NOA1 here. Just got a text notification. No change on new site (still says received), but old site indicates an RFE. Bummer since we hired an attorney and I was METICULOUS about our submission. Hopefully it's something minor...

Oh my god we're approved. I just checked the old site and says "Case Approved". No update on the new site and case tracker didn't notify me. God is great.

Oh my God!  I decided to check the old site just now.  Our case was just approved.  I haven't even bothered to check new site.  My fiancé is chief security for his church on weekends, but I am going to disturb him right now & give him the good news.  You guys are the first.  Thank you so very much for your encouragement.  It's been a heck of a journey for us.  God bless you as you continue to travel through this journey.  I will update my timeline as soon as fiancé knows.  Finally it happened.  I can't believe it 🤣🤣.  A great birthday present for me.  My birthday is tomorrow.

I use 2 apps. A lot of people advise not using them because someone can steal the information, as its a third party app and not endorsed by USCIS. So use it at your own risk. The 2 I use are "Case Tracker" and "USCISApp" both are found in the APP Store if you use IOS.. I'm sure Android has them as well.

give it a day or 2 after rfe date before calling uscis...call and ask to speak to a tier 2 rep...and request for them to read it to you...don't take no for an answer...i got it on my 4th try...when you do call try calling end of day to give time for rfe to show up in system...best wishes...btw i got an rfe tuesday requesting letter of intent from fiancé...
