Feb 2nd: Check Cashed

Feb 9th: rcvd hard copy of NOA1

Aug. 28th Notified of RFE being mailed

Sept. 1st received hard copy of RFE in the mail

Sept. 4th mailed response to RFE

Sept. 10th received txt that my response to RFE was received

Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Oct. 13th received hard copy of NOA2

Oct. 31st case arrived at NVC

Nov 2nd received case number

Nov. 19th Case is "ready" to schedule an interview

Feb. 14th Interview (2019) APPROVED!!!!!!

 

AOS

July 24th: mailed AOS pkt

July 31st: received txt msg of receipt numbers for all documents

Aug 5th received NOA hard copies dated July 31st

Aug. 9th received Biometrics letter in the mail

Aug. 19th Biometrics appt.

Sept. 20th notified of RFE via website 

Sept. 25th Received hard copy of RFE (copy of BC)

Sept. 27th Sent response to RFE

Sept. 30th Response was delivered

Oct. 2nd... Response to evidence received updated on website

Feb 12, 2020 case is ready to schedule for interview

Feb 12, 2020 New card is being produced (EAD)
Feb 13, 2020 Notification that EAD  and AP was approved

Feb 18,2020 received hard copies of AP and EAD approval

Feb 18,2020 notification AOS interview scheduled and EAD mailed

Feb 20, 2020 received EAD card

Feb 24, 2020 received interview letter (March24th)

Aug 4, 2020 received notification of new interview date(rescheduled because of pandemic)

Sept. 14th new AOS interview
Oct. 30th AOS approval

Nov. 9th New card is being produced

Just got my NOA2 approval 12/11. My NOA1 was 7/11. Looks like things are picking up!

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hello to all the July 2018 filers...

Our petition was received at Texas Lockbox facility on 02-Jul-2018. Two of our VJ members advised that I-129F petition for K1 fiance visa is mostly allocated to California Service Center CSC). I guess, all the I-129F petitions received at the lockbox facility till 29-Jun-2018 has been opened and allocated. The petitions received post 29-Jun-2018 has not been allocated yet. I assume the I-129F petitions received by USCIS post 29th June should receive NOA1 anytime this week. The current average time to receive your NOA2 if your petition is allocated at CSC and TSC is 5 to 7 months. Hope everyone receives their NOA2 as soon as possible with receiving any RFE. All the best!!!!!

11/01/18 -  RFE sent to USCIS

11/06/18 -  RFE received by USCIS

12/12/18 - NVC Case number

01/8/19 - Scheduled interview-APPROVED

01/21/19 - POE!

u wouldn't like vermont, all K1 are processed at CSC california service center.... if ur case need more criminal check or background u will transferred to vermont or other service center...

The petition was delivered by the courier service on 02-Jul-2018 at the Texas lockbox. 

Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation email on 09-Jul-2018.

The hardcopy of Receipt Notice (I-797 form) which I guess is the NOA1 will be received by standard mail in 7-10 days.

Now, the long wait for NOA2. Hope everything goes smooth and it comes soon.

My packet just got delivered to the texas lockbox today. I hope i get the NOA1 soon! I am sitting here checking the USPS delivered page all day and doubting if I filled everything correctly and such. Hope you all aren't stressing as much as I am. Good luck to everyone!

Goodluck! You are not alone, I am stressing too! What if I sent it to the wrong address or if my credit card payment declines... And all the what ifs I can think about. Lol mine was delivered Monday but still no NOA1 @_@ hopefully we get it this week....

Hey everyone!!.. I am also a July 2018 filer.

The last I tracked our petition it was delivered on July 02nd 2018 at the Texas lockbox.. didn’t receive NOA1 yet.. but I’m hoping for the best for all of us ! Lots of love 💕
