Hi everyone.. unfortunately for me, my petition was rejected and they sent us a NOA saying that the money order wasn’t correct.  I don’t understand, isn’t the filing fee for the I-129f fiancé visa $535??  What can cause this?

Anyway, my fiancé decided to use his credit card and send the petition again later on today as they said we can do so.

Can someone who used the form G-1450 give any tips on how to fill it properly... I know my fiancé says he will get through it and it seems to be straight forward but I really would like another opinion.. I will appreciate this very much ..

Maybe the money order had the incorrect receiver name on it? I used the credit card form and it was fine. As long he sends it to the lockbox (since it’s a credit card payment) and fills up the form correctly you should be fine :)

Is this NOA 1?

we filed ours on the 2nd of July and got our NOA1 on the 15th of July. Waiting for our NOA2. Hopefully we don't get an RFE which is unlikely because we submitted enough proof. Praying for us all! :)

Sent ours July 10th and it was delivered at TX via USPS Express July 13th. Now the waiting starts. I've read someone here received their NOA1 10days after filing? Should we expect the same time for the NOA1? Good luck and God bless to all of us July filers!

It's possible to receive your Notice of Receipt(NOA1)within 10days but wouldn't exceed 30days.

Goodluck to you on this journey

Sent mine in today, 7/17 USPS Priority mail. Should arrive this Thursday. Good luck to all. Very anxious, but I know it's all worthwhile.

I sent mine before the holiday through USPS Priority mail on 7/3 then payment was taken out of my Credit card on 7/11 and I got notification from USCIS the next day 7/12 so it was a total of 9 days :)
