It doesn’t tell you online still awaiting the hard copy! Strange thing is if you have an online account seems like they would give you more than some vague information. Lol if it told me I would have it already sent this morning before the hard copy gets here!

Call USCIS. Tell them you would like a copy of the RFE because you are on a deadline that can’t be extended. A tier 2 is the only one that has access to those systems. They can also read it to you and let you know what they are requesting.

Thank you!! Hoping that you get something soon. Be sure to be checking the new site, the one that needs two factor verification. I think that’s the one most people have seen updates on, when they do decide to update.  Best of luck!!

Indeed. I've been checking it almost every day and I'll be checking it twice a day now... My fiancée is spending her vacation with me in Brazil and it'd be amazing to get such good news before she flies back home!

Wish our USCIS case status had been updated... Still sitting on "Case Received" despite having received the NOA2 and NVC confirming receipt of the petition lol...

Edit: Whoops, just realised I posted pretty much the same thing earlier...

It's frustrating. Mine is the same way. USCIS site has never updated but I have the hardcopy NOA2. Argh!!

Once registered and signed in you’ll see the below page. Select the following:

Then add your paper-filed case and enter the receipt number that was on your NOA1
