You "can't find one"? How 'bout just that you're a living breathing American dude? I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how "intense" your connection to this woman is. Offering to pay for her entire schooling and life expenses after knowing her for ONE MONTH is extremely foolish, no matter how you try to slice it. And on top of all this, she is a foreigner, not an American citizen, which is forcing you and her to go through an intense legal process that is not meant to be taken lightly at all. It's not something you do "on a whim" just 'cause you're being led "by the feelz". It takes a lot of time, research, etc and this is all AFTER your relationship has matured enough that you know you'd like to spend the rest of your lives together.

Why didn’t he send the incorrect physical green card in? He should have sent it in . Did he respond to the RFE uscis sent to mail the physical green card or no?

This shows people will do anything for a green card. If she really was scared she would have called the cops or left him already but she won’t because she wants that geeen card smh 

I know people who believe they will lose their original citizenship so they dont file for US citizenship.  
I also know people who just dont want to be called US citizens.
There are also those who do not want to say the oath either so that alone prevents them.  
The "perks" do not matter to them when they feel they are saying words they dont mean. 

She totally tried to immigrate on a tourist visa. Glad they caught her and sent her packing. Pisses me off when we wait months sometimes years doing it the right way and some prissy tries to get around it but it makes me happy when they get denied. 

If you haven’t been granted a J1 yet and are considering marrying and adjusting status on a J1, isn’t that intent? I mean you haven’t entered the US yet and you’re already thinking about marrying and staying. That’s intent.

I think they also consider the age difference (are you guys of similar age?) and backgrounds - as in are you from the same country/religious background etc?
 
It seems to me that you did not put in any effort and are asking for validation from forum members - I don't think any of us can predict what happens.

People have literally asked on here basically about "should we get pregnant to boost our chances of approval" as in using a kid for immigration benefits. That's in part where it came from too and why it shouldn't be considered at all. 
 
As was mentioned, people hook up, one time sex can get someone pregnant. Doesn't have to be a "mutual" we want to have kids plan. If it was strong evidence, everyone would be having kids for no reason other than to try to strengthen their cases for approvals. 
 
And it doesn't require two people for 18 some years to help co-raise a child. Single parents do it all the time with no assistance or help from the other partner whether mother/father. A lot don't even ask for financial assistance and a lot don't even discuss the other parent to the kid. So it isn't just a "mutual process" as you claim. Maybe in some magical fairy tale world of decent people  with unicorns and sparkles it is; but in the real world, it's far from it.

What do you mean he was never asked if he overstayed when he renewed the visa? It’s a standard question on the form and has been for many years, as have questions about arrival and departure dates of all previous visits to the US.
 
Separately, this blatant disregard for immigration law is somewhat breathtaking.

I understand this is an immigration site but I see many people posting about all kinds of things so your hotline comment is rude and unnecessary. 

If the refusal to hire due to the card being about to expire is documented, then keep that documentation. Maybe you choose to pursue it, maybe not. But leave the option open. IN the vast majority of cases the employer just isn't familiar with the requirements and rights for immigrants. Show them the URL linked above.
