Congratulations! Can you add me to the table. Originally submitted Oct 10th, got RFE Nov 22nd, resubmitted same day. Second RFE Dec 28th, resubmitted same day. Hopefully we finally get DQd

Hello! Sorry for the late response, my wife submitted under "Additional AOS Supporting Documentation".

She submitted in the same day.Still waiting, will let you know soon as NVC replies back, I hope soon.

Hello. NVC Timeframe has been updated. It looks like, as of Jan 17, they are reviewing cases as of Dec 19. Pretty big jump it seems.

 

If someone could add us to the table, that would be awesome. We submitted on 12/23/2022.

Just got DQ for my mom. First submission date Dec 20, last submission date December 27.

My I got a RFE from NVC on January 15th and i submitted the needed docs on the same day, does this mean I will be back in the Q ? Which means I would hear about my case sometimes around Feb 15th?

Seems like it. We also got an RFE earlier this month and haven't heard anything more yet. From all the other posts from folks who have had RFEs in the other monthly submission threads, it looks like the NVC will wait the 30 days to look at applications again.

Submission 12/23. Just got what it seems a RFE a few minutes ago.

 

The reason for a rejected document is became I (petitioner) was married before. For proof of end of previous marriage, I included the divorce decree. But apparently they want a divorce certificate. The language in the accepted documents in the State Travel website is confusing about this, which made us believe the divorce decree was enough. And we could have sent the certificate anytime as we had it in our hands.

 

Anyways, it is what is. Back to the line again, I guess.

Submission 12/26. Just got RFE this morning for birth certificate resubmit....😭😭😭. It's going to take a few days before resubmitting it, but at least it's going fast and everything things else got approved. Good luck everyone.
