Hello, I have a question, My parents are waiting for an interview to be scheduled under visa category IR5 immigration visa, one if them is fully vaccinated and the other is not due to health issues. Under this requirements by CDC, What You Need to Know If you are a non-U.S. citizen who is a nonimmigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa), you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the United States from a foreign country. Why the doctors there in Morocco that were approved by the US embassy to run the medical test requiring the immigrant visa applicants to be fully vaccinated by COVID 19 vaccination before attending the appointment since the CDC clearly stating that it is not required for the immigrant visa applicant to travel by air to United States by air ?.

Hello, I just got my DQ, so I am wondering how far behind the US General consulate in Morocco is behind ? anyone knows or waiting for an interview?

Got RFE on Jan 15th and submitted the needed docs on the same day.

My I got a RFE from NVC on January 15th and i submitted the needed docs on the same day, does this mean I will be back in the Q ? Which means I would hear about my case sometimes around Feb 15th?

Hello guys, I already filed for my parents i 130 and it already got approved ,so we are now at NVC stage. I got a RFE from NVC about documents needed for household member. I had added my wife to my affidavit of support and now i dont know what documents needed for her to be submied to NVC. Any ideas.

I have those 😃 for each parent.

Hello guys, I just want to double check before submitting civil documents to NVC for my parents, they are from Morocco. Can you please provide me by a list of the required documents that way I don't miss anything? This is my list for both parents. Police record Court record. 2 passport photo 2 inch×2 inch Marriage certificate for them Birth certificates The petitioner which me birth certificate Copy for their information passport page. Please let me know if I am missing something.

Hello, I have a question I am at the NVC stage now, I am filling DS 260 on behalf on my mother and father, so I got confused at the family information page, the question which parents do I need to provide information for on this page ? My parents or their parents ?
