Does anyone know what this is if the person is outiside the US : is on the FOIA this charge: ina section 212(a)(6)(a)(i) If the person is already outside the US for more than 10 years , is any waiver needed?

Hello everyone, as an October 2021 filler I will share with you guys my experience. We started in Potomac. Then we got transferred to California Center which is was the worse at the time (it was taking 24,5 months / 2021). I wouldn’t be surprised if you guys get transferred out without any warnings, I think its their way to share the workload between the centers. I am seeing a lot of people being moved so I woldn't worry too much. I started checking my account all the time and it was a huge waste of time and drove me crazy. I was calling USCIS all the time . It is much easier knowing you just have to wait and focus on work or something. Our I-130 was approved in 13 months (California) we just finished NVC part, we are waiting for the interview letter. I know it feels like it will never happen, but it does. Patient is a virtue. Unfortunately I am not exactly a patient man. If you guys have any questions about the process just let me know.

😅 I see, I almost jumped of happiness here thinking NVC are reviewing cases submitted in January. I hope you receive you interview letter soon. Good luck to all of us!!!

I guess you are lucky, I resubmit 2 docs on January 6th and didn't hear anything yet!! First January DQ I see, that submitted in January. Original submission Dec 05th.

Oh I see, got RFE from NVC for an IR1, submitted on 01/06 and waiting for them to review it. Trying to undestand, from Dq'ed to interview letter how long is it taking to NVC to send and how busy Rio consulate is.

Hello! Sorry for the late response, my wife submitted under "Additional AOS Supporting Documentation". She submitted in the same day.Still waiting, will let you know soon as NVC replies back, I hope soon.

Got a FE from NVC yesterday, since we live abroad NVC asked for proof of domicile for my wife, everything else shows accepted. Fingers crossed for a fast review.

Hello everyone! Got approved yesterday. After 394 days waiting. My PD Oct 04/2021 AR Oct 14/2021 Approval November 01/2022. California SC. Got a notification from Case tracker of an actively review, my wife checked in to our USCIS account and found the approval letter was there under the documents tab.

Congratulations on your approval!!! May I ask you when is your priority date?

One thing I know for sure, this wait is driving me insane!!😄😄

No movement here for me, in 20 days will be a year since my wife send our application. Luckly my wife and kids live here in Brazil with me, I'm trying to not check or think about the process all the time, trying to focus on work or something.
