  1. okay good. make sure you have uploaded the following: --2022 tax transcripts or 2022 Tax Return & W2 related to sponsor(s) (I also had a letter from my employer proving I am still an employee and a the 3-4 most recent pay stubs) --police report (carta de buena conducta); do it a few days before interview so it's the most current --proof of relationship (here is a list of what I uploaded): bank accounts, home/apt (rent/lease, if you have one together) -- I DIDNT HAVE ANY OF THESE, BUT I SUBMITTED THESE ITEMS BELOW: proof of money transfers (e.g. Western Union (you can download spreadsheets online); pictures of us together, when we got engaged, when we got married at Civil Court (we didn't do a wedding), pics with family and friends, RECEIPTS from your trips together, gifts to each other, etc. I also had added my hubby as an authorized user to a few of my credit cards so I submitted that proof All of this will help. They will look for this info. The only thing they asked as the interview was for the pictures and I had a full album of our 4.5 years together. OH and if you have any changes, like name or address, you have to ask NVC to open up the DS-260 again so you can make those changes. If you have sponsor changes, you have to submit a new I-864. For interview - applicant must bring *: Original (inextensa) birth certificate Passport Confirmation of appointment interview letter DS-260 receipt page (Petitioner bring his/her passport and ID) and all originals of everything you uploaded *you will need the same for your biometrics/fingerprints and medical exams. Good luck!
  2. Okay I'll get it together. When is your interview? Don't upload anything unless you have your date or it will look like new submission and your don't want to reset your time waiting πŸ™πŸ½
  3. Do you read Spanish? I have a list that I recommend you read to know what you should have and upload
  4. You should upload as well
  5. Awesome. Did you upload your documents to ceac? 2022 transcripts proof of relationship police report etc? As long as he has his appt your can start to upload the info. I started doing it once he had done his fingerprints and med exams.
  6. Yes!!! Thank you -- I am very happy -- this process is finally over. I go back to get him the first week in October. He had to resign from his job/tie up loose ends. Then he'll be home with me - then we can wait for the rest together (green card, SS#, etc.). Already looking at airfare to purchase How is it going with you?
  7. Already got it. Interview was on the 6th. Picked up yesterday
  8. Visa approved yesterday morning!!!! Hope to have passport in hand for hubby in next 5 days or so
  9. Good luck! I'm be on the lookout for you.
  10. It went well. Not too many questions Alf only asked to see our photo album. Visa approved πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½
  11. Honestly I don't know. But I sounded desperate. I had a few before and they told me the same. But this time I said it was 7.5+mos waiting. Was it that that worked? Maybe. It doesn't hurt to try again when you reach 7.5 months. I know they're averaging about 8 mos wait. We just kept praying and roll keep praying
  12. I hope so for you too send inquiry. Mine came at 7 months 13 days or so. It wouldn't hurt. Make it sound really sad and your in despair. Pull on their sympathy. It might work. πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½
  13. Thank you so much! Finally... and very excited.
