    The service centre times usually are more accurate if you check on the USCIS website. Do you know your service center? You can get it from your receipt number.

    The US only requires two covid injections no boosters. This is what I was told by nurse at the medical. I suggest you email them to clarify and or talk to the nurse over the phone. You will need to make sure the covid injection(s) is on your GP summary. You will also require the recommended vaccines from the USA like Pfizer, Moderna, etc. They do not like Astrazeneca as its not approved by CDC.

    I think just fly to the USA and get a money order and post it from there. I don’t see any way out

    I would create a HSBC bank account online and then go in to branch and ask for a US account. However, I've just read they've sold their US retail banking subsidiary off: https://www.hsbc.com/news-and-media/media-releases/2021/hsbc-exits-us-mass-market-retail-banking I am not sure if this is possible. I think its worth asking in branch for of the following banks HSBC/Santandar and Barclays. Also, any luck with Revolut/Monzo etc?

    HSBC/Barclays can set you up with a checking account in the USA and they usually give a cheque book or (mastercard).

    TFL usually runs normally when there is a strike.

    I think potentially they could be end of April as that last one I saw was 20th. There is a lot of earlier April ones too.
