Hello please help. I received this notice. What am I supposed to do now ?

What do they want me to submit ?

I have a copy of the order of protection which has been expired.

So you were asked in the original I-129F:

Quote

Have you EVER been subject to a temporary or permanent protection or restraining order (either civil or criminal)?

And you answered no. That is a material falsehood.

You need an immigration attorney.

Yeah it looks like you didn't disclose any and all information in regards to your criminal history. So you now need to get a lawyer.

What will the lawyer do?

Also can I write a statement and attach the order of protection and mail it back to California office ?

No......    by not disclosing it initially, you've now gone beyond the DIY stage.  You need an attorney.

They already know about the protection order.

The issue is that you lied on the form.  That is grounds for denial, which is what USCIS did/is doing.

Consult a lawyer or pursue the options @carmel34 listed.

You don’t get it.  You knowingly filed a false document with the federal government.  Recovering from that should not be considered DIY.

Looks like you (possibly deliberately) answered question 1, part 3, wrong and now you are past the self-help on Visajourney. You will need an attorney who can assist you in correctly responding to the USCIS.

They don't necessarily want you to submit anything. They discovered that you lied on the petition, and are letting you know that they intend to deny it. They are giving you a chance to submit any evidence that you think they should consider that would support the petition, but there really isn't anything you could possibly send that would convince them not to deny your petition.

It might be time to consider moving to your fiancée's country.

Can I apply for a marriage license instead ? Cr1 or ir1

You can try. You should discuss with an immigration attorney.  And answer the question on I-130 truthfully.

The question was so unambiguous I see no wiggle room for you. A lawyer will take your money and still your chances of overturning would be slim and none, and slim is already out of town.

Move to her/his/their country.
